🚚 Order processing times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the next business day.

🌍 Delivery zones

We ship from Belgium to the following destinations:

  • Belgique

  • France, Luxembourg, Pays-Bas

  • Rest of European Union

  • États-Unis

⏱ Estimated delivery times

  • Belgium : 1 to 3 working days

  • Neighboring countries : 2 to 5 working days

  • Rest of EU : 3 to 7 working days

  • United States : 7 to 14 working days

These times are provided as an indication and may vary depending on carriers, times of year or customs formalities.

💰 Delivery charges

Delivery charges are calculated automatically when you place your order, based on your delivery address, total package weight and destination.

  • Free delivery from €80 purchase (valid only in Belgium).

  • For deliveries outside Europe, in particular to the United States, any customs charges or import taxes remain the customer's responsibility.

📦 Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number to follow the progress of your package in real time.

📬 Delivery address

Please check your address carefully before validating the order.
AnceFlex® cannot be held responsible for delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
