🚚 Order processing times

All orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 2 business days after confirmation of payment.
Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the following business day.

We ship from Belgium to the following destinations:

  • Belgium

  • France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands

  • Rest of the European Union

  • UNITED STATES

⏱ Estimated delivery times

  • Belgium : 1 to 3 working days

  • Neighboring countries : 2 to 5 working days

  • Rest of the EU : 3 to 7 working days

  • UNITED STATES : 7 to 14 working days

These delivery times are provided for information purposes only and may vary depending on the carrier, time of year or customs formalities.

💰 Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically when you place your order, based on your delivery address, the total weight of the package and the destination.

  • Free delivery from €80 of purchase (valid only in Belgium).

  • For deliveries outside Europe, particularly to UNITED STATES, the possible customs fees or import taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the progress of your package in real time.
