🚚 Order processing times
All orders are prepared and shipped within a certain timeframe. 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day.
🌍 Delivery zones
We ship from the Belgium to the following destinations:
- Belgium
- France, Luxembourg, The Netherlands
- Rest of the European Union
- UNITED STATES

⏱ Estimated delivery times
- Belgium : 1 to 3 business days
- Neighboring countries : 2 to 5 business days
- Rest of the EU : 3 to 7 business days
- UNITED STATES : 7 to 14 business days
These delivery times are provided for guidance purposes only and may vary depending on the carriers, the time of year or customs formalities.
💰 Delivery costs
Delivery costs are calculated automatically when you place your order, based on your delivery address, the total weight of the package and the destination.
- Free delivery of the 200€ purchase (valid only in Belgium).
- For deliveries outside Europe, particularly to the UNITED STATES, the possible customs duties or import taxes remain the responsibility of the client.
📦 Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track the delivery of your package in real time.
📬 Delivery address
Please check your address carefully before confirming your order.
AnceFlex® cannot be held responsible in the event of delivery to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
