Guarantee

Your AnceFlex® product is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of two years from the date of purchase. Damage resulting from improper handling, modification, or misuse is not covered.

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, return the product with proof of purchase for a replacement or refund. The warranty does not include any other form of coverage, and liability is limited to the purchase price. Only products purchased from authorized distributors are covered by this warranty.

Right to cancel purchase: In accordance with Belgian consumer protection legislation, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without having to provide any justification. To exercise this right, please contact our customer service department and return the product in its original, unused condition and in its original, undamaged packaging. All accessories and documentation provided must be included and in perfect condition, and the product must show no signs of wear or damage.
