Manual Controls

  • Ignition : There Reflex Ball activates at contact with a rigid surface.
  • Extinction : It turns off automatically in the absence of movement.

Exercises & Use

  • Login : Associate the Reflex Ball to the application.
  • Example exercise : Throw the ball against a wall or floor. On contact, it lights up in a color. Depending on the color, send it back with the appropriate hand or foot.
  • Variants : Add movements before/after the reception: dribbling, clapping, racket or bat.

  • First results visible in a few minutes.

  • Choose the colors and their number.
  • Settle the display speed and frequency.

Directions for use

  • Secure environment : Use in a demarcated area without obstacles.
  • Recommended duration : Sessions of 10 to 20 min, adjustable according to tolerance.
  • Progress : Start with low intensity and increase gradually.
