- Ignition : There Reflex Ball activates at contact with a rigid surface.
- Extinction : It turns off automatically in the absence of movement.
Exercises & Use
- Login : Associate the Reflex Ball to the application.
- Example exercise : Throw the ball against a wall or floor. On contact, it lights up in a color. Depending on the color, send it back with the appropriate hand or foot.
- Variants : Add movements before/after the reception: dribbling, clapping, racket or bat.
