Delivery times for a replacement product depend on your location. In general, replacement is carried out within 10 to 15 working days after validation of the request.

  1. What if I am not satisfied with my AnceFlex product?

You have a period of 14 days after receipt of the product to exercise your right of retraction and request a refund. Please contact our support to obtain a return form.

To ensure the durability of your glasses, clean them with a soft cloth. Avoid the use of harsh chemicals that could damage the carbon material and lenses of the glasses.
