Using AnceFlex® stroboscopes

  1. Safe environment : AnceFlex® strobe goggles should only be used in a safe, controlled environment, such as a training room or a cordoned-off area away from potential hazards. It is essential to ensure that no obstacles or dangerous objects are in the vicinity during use.
  2. Supervised training : When using the goggles for intense exercise, it is recommended to be accompanied by a trainer or partner who can supervise the session and ensure the user's safety.
  3. Duration of use : Use the goggles for short, defined periods, generally between 10 and 20 minutes per session, to avoid visual fatigue or any adverse effects on the nervous system. Training should be adapted gradually, increasing duration according to individual tolerance.
  4. Appropriate settings : Adapt goggle settings (intensity and frequency) according to your skill level and the exercise being performed. Beginners should start with a slower flash frequency, then gradually increase the intensity as they get used to the stimuli.
  5. Pre-warm-up : Before you start using the glasses, perform an appropriate warm-up without the glasses to prepare muscles and reflexes. This reduces the risk of injury during exercise.
  6. Indoor use : The goggles should be used mainly indoors, to limit exposure to intense outdoor light, which could alter the effects of the goggles or create visual overload.
  7. Use while driving : It is strictly forbidden to use AnceFlex® strobe glasses while driving vehicles, such as cars, motorcycles, bicycles or any other means of transportation. Intentional reduction of vision can lead to serious accidents.
  8. Insecure environment : Do not wear glasses in public places or crowded environments, where unexpected obstacles could cause collisions or injuries. Glasses reduce perception of the environment, increasing the risk of a fall or collision.
  9. Prolonged exposure : Excessive or prolonged use of glasses can cause significant eye fatigue, headaches or nausea. It's crucial to adhere to the recommended durations and take regular breaks to let the eyes rest.
  10. High-risk activities : Glasses should not be used during high-risk activities, such as climbing, handling heavy machinery, combat sports or any activity requiring constant vigilance and clear vision.
  11. Modification of goggles : Any unauthorized modification, alteration or attempted repair of AnceFlex® strobe goggles is strictly prohibited. Doing so could compromise their safety and operation, further voiding any applicable warranty.
  12. Use under the influence of substances : Use of the glasses under the influence of psychoactive substances (such as alcohol or drugs) is prohibited, as this increases the risk of accidents and misuse.
  13. Extreme weather conditions : Do not wear the glasses in extreme weather conditions, such as rain, snow or very high or very low temperatures. The glasses are not waterproof, and unsuitable conditions could damage electronic components or impair their operation.
  14. Use for other purposes : AnceFlex® strobe goggles are designed specifically for training reflexes and coordination skills. Any use outside this purpose, for example for leisure activities unrelated to training, is strongly discouraged.
