Use of Anceflex® Stroboscopic Glasses

  1. Secure environment : AnceFlex® strobe glasses should only be used in a safe and controlled environment, such as a training room or a demarcated area away from potential hazards. It is essential to ensure that no obstacles or dangerous objects are nearby during use.
  2. Supervised training : When using the glasses for intense exercises, it is recommended to be accompanied by a trainer or partner who can supervise the session and ensure the user's safety.
  3. Duration of use : Use the glasses for short, defined periods, generally between 10 and 20 minutes per session, to avoid visual fatigue or any adverse effects on the nervous system. Training should be adapted gradually, increasing the duration according to individual tolerance.
  4. Appropriate settings : Adjust the goggle settings (intensity and frequency) based on your skill level and the exercise being performed. Beginners should start with a slower flashing frequency and gradually increase the intensity as they become accustomed to the stimuli.
  5. Preliminary warm-up : Before you start using the goggles, perform a proper warm-up without them to prepare your muscles and reflexes. This helps reduce the risk of injury during exercise.
  6. Indoor use : Glasses should be used primarily indoors, to limit exposure to intense outdoor light, which could alter the effects of the glasses or create visual overload.
  7. Use while driving : It is strictly forbidden to use AnceFlex® strobe glasses while driving vehicles, such as cars, motorcycles, bicycles, or any other means of transportation. Intentional reduction of vision can lead to serious accidents.
  8. Unsecured environment : Do not wear glasses in public places or crowded environments, where unexpected obstacles could cause collisions or injuries. Glasses reduce the perception of the environment, thus increasing the risk of falls or collisions.
  9. Prolonged exposure : Excessive or prolonged use of glasses can cause significant eye strain, headaches, or nausea. It is crucial to respect the recommended durations and take regular breaks to allow your eyes to rest.
  10. High-risk activities : Glasses should not be used during high-risk activities, such as rock climbing, operating heavy machinery, combat sports, or any activity requiring constant alertness and clear vision.
  11. Changing glasses : Any unauthorized modification, alteration, or attempted repair of AnceFlex® strobe glasses is strictly prohibited. This may compromise their safety and function, and will void any applicable warranty.
  12. Use under the influence of substances : The use of glasses under the influence of psychoactive substances (such as alcohol or drugs) is prohibited, as this increases the risk of accidents and misuse.
  13. Extreme weather conditions : Do not wear the glasses in extreme weather conditions, such as rain, snow, or very high or very low temperatures. The goggles are not waterproof and improper conditions could damage the electronic components or impair their operation.
  14. Use for other purposes : AnceFlex® Strobe Glasses are designed specifically for training reflexes and coordination skills. Any use other than this purpose, such as for recreational activities unrelated to training, is strongly discouraged.
