Using AnceFlex® Strobe Glasses
- Secure environment AnceFlex® strobe goggles should only be used in a safe and controlled environment, such as a training room or a confined area away from potential hazards. It is essential to ensure that no obstacles or dangerous objects are nearby during use.
- Supervised training : When using the glasses for intense exercise, it is recommended to be accompanied by a trainer or partner who can supervise the session and ensure the user's safety.
- Duration of use Use the glasses for short, defined periods, generally between 10 and 20 minutes per session, to avoid eye strain or any adverse effects on the nervous system. Training should be adapted gradually, increasing the duration according to individual tolerance.
- Appropriate settings Adjust the glasses settings (intensity and frequency) according to your skill level and the exercise being performed. Beginners should start with a slower flashing frequency, then gradually increase the intensity as they become accustomed to the stimuli.
- Preliminary warm-up Before you start using the goggles, perform a proper warm-up without them to prepare your muscles and reflexes. This helps reduce the risk of injury during exercise.
- Indoor use The glasses should be used primarily indoors, in order to limit exposure to intense outdoor light, which could alter the effects of the glasses or create visual overload.
- Use while driving It is strictly forbidden to use AnceFlex® strobe glasses while driving vehicles, such as cars, motorcycles, bicycles, or any other means of transport. Intentionally reducing vision can lead to serious accidents.
- Unsafe environment Do not wear the glasses in public places or crowded environments, where unexpected obstacles could cause collisions or injuries. The glasses reduce your perception of your surroundings, thus increasing the risk of falls or collisions.
- Prolonged exposure Excessive or prolonged use of glasses can cause significant eye strain, headaches, or nausea. It is crucial to adhere to the recommended usage times and take regular breaks to allow your eyes to rest.
- High-risk activities : Glasses should not be used during high-risk activities, such as rock climbing, operating heavy machinery, combat sports, or any activity requiring constant vigilance and clear vision.
- Glasses modification Any unauthorized modification, alteration, or attempt to repair AnceFlex® strobe glasses is strictly prohibited. This could compromise their safety and functionality, and would also void any applicable warranty.
- Use under the influence of substances : The use of glasses under the influence of psychoactive substances (such as alcohol or drugs) is prohibited, as this increases the risk of accidents and misuse.
- Extreme weather conditions : Do not wear the glasses in extreme weather conditions, such as rain, snow or very high or very low temperatures. The glasses are not waterproof and unsuitable conditions could damage the electronic components or impair their operation.
- Use for other purposes AnceFlex® stroboscopic glasses are designed specifically for reflex and coordination training. Any use outside of this purpose, for example for recreational activities unrelated to training, is strongly discouraged.
